CrockerWorks is the publishing imprint of Mark Crocker, a sole operator based in Victoria, BC, Canada. These terms govern your use of crockerworks.com. Each app published under CrockerWorks has its own terms inside the app.

Use of this site

You're welcome to read this website, link to it, and share it. Don't try to break it, scrape it at unreasonable rates, or use it in a way that would harm other visitors or the operator.

All text, marks, and imagery on this site are © 2026 Mark Crocker, except where otherwise credited. The "CrockerWorks" name and mark are used as a trading name for Mark Crocker's app-publishing activity; they are not a registered trademark.

Apps

Apps published under the CrockerWorks name are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. By installing one of these apps you agree to the terms shown in that app's listing and in the app itself. Those terms — not these — govern your use of the apps.

This site and its contents are provided as-is. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mark Crocker and CrockerWorks are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
